When you contact the Parish Council, the Clerk will action it in one of the following ways:
- Given the few hours each week allocated to the role of Clerk, enquiries will be acknowledged as soon as possible and certainly within ten working days. If a more detailed response is required, or the query needs to be discussed by the Parish Council, it will be added to the agenda of our next meeting.

Highways problems should be reported to Suffolk County Council.
Suffolk County Council has a new interactive online reporting tool for highways problems. Visit www.suffolk.gov.uk and click on the link 'Report a pothole or defect in the highway' to use the interactive tool
