When you contact the Parish Council, the Clerk will action it in one of the following ways:

  • Given the few hours each week allocated to the role of Clerk, enquiries will be acknowledged as soon as possible and certainly within ten working days. If a more detailed response is required, or the query needs to be discussed by the Parish Council, it will be added to the agenda of our next meeting.

Reporting a highways problem to Suffolk County Council

Highways problems should be reported to Suffolk County Council.

Suffolk County Council has a new interactive online reporting tool for highways problems. Visit www.suffolk.gov.uk and click on the link 'Report a pothole or defect in the highway' to use the interactive tool
